Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph.8 ("we," "us," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the ph.8 online gaming platform available at ph8.today. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 By accessing the ph.8 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.
2.3 ph.8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the ph.8 Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and strictly enforced by ph.8. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Residency. The ph.8 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines only. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law is not permitted.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use the Platform.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily enrolled in any self-exclusion programme — whether through ph.8 or through PAGCOR — are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the Platform.
3.5 ph.8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph.8 may result in Account suspension.
Age Verification Notice: ph.8 takes its obligation to prevent underage gaming seriously. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Wagers placed will be voided, and any funds deposited will be returned to the source payment method. ph.8 may report such instances to PAGCOR as required by applicable regulations.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the ph.8 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any Balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph.8 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph.8 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.4 Account Verification (KYC). ph.8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of billing address, and proof of payment method ownership — before withdrawals are processed.
4.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the ph.8 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph.8 does not accept foreign currency deposits.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. ph.8 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at ph.8's discretion.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your Account Balance.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. ph.8 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high volume or for compliance review purposes.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum cap on withdrawals of legitimately won funds, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance review.
5.6 Source of Funds. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. ph.8 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. ph.8 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant Account Balances after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.
6.1 All Wagers placed on the ph.8 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each game category, which are published on the relevant game pages of the Platform.
6.2 Bet Confirmation. A Wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the ph.8 system and a confirmation reference has been issued. ph.8 shall not be liable for Wagers that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the Player's end.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and events on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the point of wagering and are subject to change at ph.8's discretion.
6.4 Void Bets. ph.8 reserves the right to void any Wager where: (a) the Wager was placed after the event or game outcome was determined; (b) a technical error affected the odds or game outcome; (c) the Wager was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared.
6.5 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game parameters, or payout calculations, ph.8 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund stakes to the Player's Account Balance.
6.6 Live Events. For live events including cockfighting (sabong), sports, and table tennis, Wagers are accepted up to the cut-off time displayed on the Platform. ph.8 uses verified, licensed broadcast sources for all live events.
7.1 ph.8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of ten (10) times before withdrawal is permitted.
7.3 Abuse of Promotions. ph.8 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim Bonus Funds where it reasonably suspects that a Player has abused a promotion, including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting, or any other form of bonus abuse.
7.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph.8 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the ph.8 Platform — including but not limited to the ph.8 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph.8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ph.8.
10.1 The ph.8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph.8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph.8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
10.3 ph.8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph.8's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 ph.8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
12.1 ph.8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.
12.2 Players who wish to activate any responsible gaming tool may do so through their Account settings or by contacting ph.8 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
12.3 ph.8 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed.

13.1 ph.8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the Player has violated these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes; (c) the Player is a Prohibited Person; or (d) termination is required for regulatory compliance purposes.
13.2 Upon termination for cause, ph.8 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance held in the Account. Where termination is not for cause, ph.8 will return the Account Balance to the Player via the registered payment method within ten (10) business days.
13.3 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting ph.8 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to ph.8's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting ph.8 customer support. ph.8 will acknowledge all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavour to resolve them within fourteen (14) calendar days.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph.8's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.1 ph.8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
